Our Booking Policy

You can change your booking ONCE up to 24 hours before your session.

Unfortunately, no refunds can be given.

Please Note

Only food and drink purchased at The Treehouse may be consumed in the venue (jars/pouches of baby food is an exception)

This is to comply with guidance from the Association of Indoor Play (AIP) and Natasha’s Law.
